Nicholas Stellakis

Nicholas Stellakis heads the Consulting and Business Advisory Services Division of Baker Tilly Greece.

Nicholas’ work experience carries more than 13 years in the consulting and accounting profession, including  a period as Partner in a Big4 firm and  Partner in the affiliate of one  of the world’s largest HR consulting firms, specialized in acquisitions and due-diligence. He has also spent a  further 23 years in CEO, CFO or equivalent at multinational companies,  primarily in the FMCG sector but also in Digital Media, in Greece, Cyprus, USA, UK, Italy, Russia and the Balkans. He has served for 4 years as CEO of a listed group with the primary objective of restructuring its operating subsidiaries and for almost 3 years as Deputy Chairman and COO of one of Europe's largest bakery snacks companies with direct responsibility for its financial reorganisation. Additionally, Nicholas has administered the Post Merger Integration process for a €1 billion listed group created by four previously independent listed entities and ran the M&A department for Europe for a major Fortune 500 FMCG corporation out of its Texas headquarters.

Nicholas is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was appointed as the Contact Member for Greece, for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was elected as Chairman of the Greek Society of British Qualified Accountants, he is a member of the Greek Association of Chief Executive Officers and has served as a Member of its Board for six years. Nicholas is also a member of both the Greek Managing Directors’ Club and the Cyprus Managing Directors’ Club of Athens.
